Order Production: Your purchase will go into our waiting queue for 2 hours after payment before it is printed. You have this window of time to amend the order’s information or cancel it. It usually takes 2-3 business days for production.
Shipping Time: The 5–7 business day delivery window is only an estimate; actual delivery times may differ. Every shipment includes a tracking link so that clients may view the progress of their deliveries. Shipping time does not include production time 2-3 Business Days

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address: Orders that are not delivered because the customer supplied inaccurate or insufficient information are not our responsibility. Items that are returned to us may be reshipped at the following costs, with updated and correct shipping information:
- $7 for re-ship to US per item
- $10 for re-ship globally per item
Multiple Addresses and PO Boxes: We only provide shipping to a single shipping address. Kindly place separate orders for each area you would like your items shipped to. Military APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes are accepted for shipping.
VAT Taxes: In the case of overseas shipping, we do not collect tax. The recipient is liable for all taxes and levies. Customers are recommended to contact local customs for further information as VAT costs may differ by country.

RETURNS
We offer a 30 days return policy to our customers. Since our products are bespoke, made-to-order, we allow for refunds under certain conditions which can be found below. You have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us with any problems. Returns are only accepted if:
- The goods are damaged
- There are visible defects in the print
- The item is the wrong size
- The item is the wrong color
- The item is the wrong design
- The item is the wrong style (e.g. long sleeve instead of tee)

Submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the goods. Requests after 30 days will not be accepted.

Returns can be exchanged for the original item or refunded for the original purchase price. Requests are typically addressed within 24 hours.

Ship the return to our warehouse at 1207 Delaware Ave #1116, Wilmington, DE 19806, United States with the order ID and at your expense.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method as follows:
- PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 24-48 business hours
- Credit Card/Debit Card: Refund will be processed within 5-10 business days

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
